The development provides for the comprehensive development of a real estate object (including land plots) in order to increase its value. In the course of professional real estate development, the construction process is given key importance. The managing partner ensures the necessary interaction between various contractors, regulatory authorities, investors and financial institutions, which allows the facility to be put into operation without delay on time within the approved budget and without problems with the accompanying documentation.
Our Group provides development services within the framework of investment and construction projects of any complexity in Moscow and other regions of the country. We are ready to act as a managing partner and take responsibility for the preparation and successful implementation of the construction project, as well as the further operation and management of the finished property.
TOCHKA CENTER Group of Companies is also engaged in the development of real estate, acting as a Developer and carrying out construction on land plots owned by right of ownership or lease.
EPC Company
EPC Company (from the English "engineering, procurement and construction") is a full-cycle contractor from survey, design and coordination work to construction assembly and commissioning.
TOCHKA CENTER Group also provides services, acting as an EPC company.
At the same time, we are responsible for the entire project implementation cycle: from design to construction and commissioning.
We independently select suppliers and subcontractors, organize and control the work of all involved organizations.
We bear warranty obligations for the completed object in full.
